Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 July 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AIstackuk ("AIstackuk", "we", "us", "our"), trading as AI Stack UK, the operator of this website and the services available at aistackuk.com. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, you must not use the service.
3. The service & "not legal advice"
AIstackuk provides an AI-assisted directory, prompt library and automated document-analysis tools aimed at UK professionals. Output is informational only and does not constitute legal, tax, HR or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified UK solicitor or other professional.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
- upload content you don't have the right to process, or that infringes intellectual property or breaches confidentiality;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, probe security, upload malware, or interfere with the service;
- use outputs to generate unlawful content, deepfakes, harassment, hate speech, or to jailbreak safety filters;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the service without our written consent.
You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, and for verifying accuracy before relying on them. AI output may be inaccurate and must not be used for regulated professional advice without qualified human oversight.
5. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including all software, content, branding, templates, directory data and documentation, is owned by AIstackuk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with your plan and these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.
7. Payments, subscriptions & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paid plans include one-off credit purchases (e.g. £15 PAYG) and recurring subscriptions (e.g. Pro £49/month or £468/year). Prices are shown in GBP and may include VAT depending on your location. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page or by contacting Paddle at paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, together with our own Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, error-free or secure operation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid to Paddle for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify AIstackuk against claims, losses and costs arising from your uploaded content, unlawful use of the service, or breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
